Do you offer color matching for different dye lots?
We always strive to pull items from the same dye lot for every order. If we are unable to match dye lots for the quantity you requested, we will contact you before shipping to ensure you are happy to proceed.
What is your return policy for yarn and needles?
We accept returns on unused yarn in its original condition (with labels intact) within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, knitting needles and crochet hooks are final sale unless defective.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Beehive Wool Shop ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at the time of checkout.
